Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Please contact our customer support team at customercare@inlifehealthcare.com to initiate a cancellation.

After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return it upon receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Unused and Unopened: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all seals, packaging, and labels intact.
Damaged or Incorrect: If the product is damaged during transit or if you received an incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will provide instructions for returning the product and processing your refund or replacement. 

Return Process

Contact Customer Support: Within 48 hours of receiving your order, please contact our customer support team at customercare@inlifehealthcare.com to initiate a return.
Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to pack and ship the product.
Inspection and Refund/Replacement: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If eligible, we will process your refund or replacement within 10 business days.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days business days of receiving the returned product. Note, only in case of order cancellation, a shipping fee of Rs. 99 will be charged from the order value & refunded.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds for cash on delivery orders will be processed via [method, e.g., bank transfer, UPI] within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Please provide your bank details or UPI ID when initiating the return. Note, only in case of order cancellation, a shipping fee of Rs. 99 will be charged from the order value & refunded.

Please Note:

Used or Damaged Products: Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.
Customer Satisfaction: Our goal is to provide you with a positive shopping experience. If you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
Health and Safety: For the safety and well-being of our customers, we cannot accept returns of opened or used health supplements and nutraceuticals. This is due to potential contamination and health risks associated with reselling such products.
