Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

Welcome to INLIFE Healthcare. We value your trust and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read the policy details below before placing your order. 

Order Cancellation policy 

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • In case of prepaid orders being asked to cancel while dispatch is in progress, 1.5% processing fee shall be deducted. Once the order is dispatched and asked to cancel, ₹99 shipping charges in addition to 1.5% processing fee will be deducted. If order is refused after being attempted to delivery additional RTO shipping charge of ₹99 will be applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following terms:

Eligibility Criteria

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within 24 – 48 hrs. of delivery
  • Products under offers, combos, free gifts, or clearance sale are not eligible for return or exchange

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (wrong variant/order), the following charges are applicable:

  • ₹99 one-way shipping fee for sending the replacement
  • Price difference between the new and original product if any
  • In case of arranging reverse pick up company shall charge ₹99 shipping charges

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated after receipt and inspection of the returned product at our warehouse
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days
  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/ UPI, you will be required to share your details.
  • In cases where COD order is delivered and still the refund is asked due to (wrong order placement/by choice), refunds will be initiated after deduction of ₹99 shipping charges and ₹49 COD charges
  • For Prepaid orders, refunds will be made in their original source of payment mode after deduction of 1.5% processing fees and ₹99 shipping charges in cases where the order was already dispatched

Damaged / Incorrect Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect item or missing item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@inlifehealthcare.com with clear images and unboxing videos (if possible) along with order number &  batch details
  • Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged at no additional cost

General Terms

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons related to taste, personal preferences / choices or expected results
  • INLIFE Healthcare reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the product is not eligible under this policy
  • All return claims are subject to quality check and verification by our internal team
