Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping

  • Free Shipping is applicable on all orders above ₹699
  • A shipping charge of ₹69 will be applicable to orders below ₹699
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional charge of ₹49
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location

Inlife ships all the ordered items which are in stock and in case products are out of stock for some reason the customer shall be updated and once the product is back in stock it will be shipped or refund will be issued for all non-delivered Prepaid orders.

In order to cater to Pan India and ensure faster, smooth & hassle-free delivery, we continuously work along with our logistic partners & keep our customers updated about the same.  

Order Processing

  • Once the order is received, it is dispatched within 24–48 working hours based on the pin-code serviceability. All COD orders are dispatched only after confirmation from the customer via email, what's app or call.
  •  We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible. At all steps of your order processing, we are in constant touch with you over phone, email, and what's app to keep you updated.

Delivery Timeline

  • Once the order is shipped, it will be delivered within 3 -4 business days in A-1 & A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad). For rest of the cities, it may take 3 - 7 business days.
  • Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch.
  • For orders to be delivered in north-east/rural/ restricted zone/ disputed pin-codes, it may take 7-10 days or even longer depending on the location's geographical constraints.

Laws & Regulations

  • We strongly recommend you kindly get well acquainted with the sales rules, regulations, and restrictions of your state.
  • For any kind of shipment delays due to violation of rules, restriction, state or national emergency, natural calamities Inlife cannot be held responsible for such things.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

  • In case of wrong address, pin-code, or wrong phone number, etc mentioned in the order, customer must take immediate action & get in touch with our customer support team within 24 hours.
  • Once the order is dispatched for the same, shipping address changes cannot be done. If in such case, the shipment is rejected, lost, or destroyed, no refund or credit note of any kind will be given.
  • We are sorry but we do not ship P.O. boxes. In case of exceptions customers should inform the company within 24 hours so that necessary action can be taken.
  • In case the tracking status is marked as delivered (which is confirmed by customer through OTP-SMS system), but the customer does not confirm delivery of product, the same concern must be raised within 48 hours beyond which the order will be marked as delivered.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email and whats app message with the tracking details will be sent to you on your mentioned email id & contact info given at the time of placing the order. You can track your shipment with the help of the tracking id provided to you directly on our logistics partner website.
